i dunno gents its fine if changing my dns and trying vpn wont work the problem must be windows 8 ill have to upgrade to 10 thanks for the help appreciate it

@Marco1290 there's a very high chance that is the cause yes. There was never anything wrong with your installation in the first place.

also try installing everything inside the "redist" folder.

CurrentlyI am at home so I'm not stationed at a campus I did however try connecting on the hotspot then launching the game but the issue as usual at this point remains... Also I'd like to make it clear I appreciate all of you trying to help me big time. Thank you.

@Mateozh your version of win10 is too old, you need 1607 or later, yours is 1511.

@Dss0 Hello! Following your instruction, I installed vcredist_x86 which was in the "redist" folder, and I was able to launch the game. I'm not seeing the error anymore. Thank you so much for your help!
