Do what it tells you? Run pluto again. You're probably launching it through the launcher in appdata folder, never do that. Always launch it through plutonium.exe so it can check for updates and download them.

@TheDanii_YT You selected the Black ops 2 folder in game settings of the launcher whereas your original basegame's inside the pluto_t6_full_game folder. Select that. Also why do you have it syncing on OneDrive lol.

Make sure your launcher is the latest version (you can check that by looking at the filesize, latest one is 4123KB), if it's not download it from here: https://cdn.plutonium.pw/updater/plutonium.exe.
