The default settings (deadzone 0.2, fov 65, fovscale 1) should be the same between the two games. For more parity cap your fps to 60

And you are starting the game through plutonium.exe and not anything else?

If you don't have the dlc files you can't play the dlc maps. That is normal.

A server with a lot of mods going on tend to crash in the high rounds. It has nothing to do with you. Especially modded Tranzit servers.

@Kalitos I updated the amd driver and it solved the problem. As I said a few times it doesn't matter that I change in configuration the fps is still at 60
