generic false positive, one of win 10's many annoying ways to tackle malware - the "better safe then sorry" routine screams a lack of care factor to the paying (or not) customer. Doesn't launch as in when you click Play it just crashes or does the game launch but it's a black screen? Or just a blank bootstrapper window?

you can't, this crash ocurres because the game is trying to load another part of the map and shit happens, It was optimised for old gen consoles, ps3 and xbox, I don't know why it happens though

Have any overlays such as msi afterburner/rivatuner running in the background? If yes, quit or disable them. If no, paste the exception address from the .txt in %localappdata%/Plutonium/crashdumps and upload the dump.
