    [ City Of Mars - BO2 Nuketown Reimagined Plutonium ] Update July 26th, 2025

    Info Update ( April 1st, 2026 )

    • Players playing City Of Mars with friends via custom games should set their max fps to 120 or 60 in from the menu to prevent unnecessary stress on the host when playing CIty Of Mars in coop.
      ( Limiting fps is not necessary if you're solo or playing the mod via on a server. )

    Misc Update ( July 26th, 2025 )

    • Fixed a problem where player's were only able to collect the floating head when jumping. Players can now just hold the interact button at head's location to pick it up.

    Revamped Update ( July 8th, 2025 )

    • Players now spawn in with 1 free quick revive perk in their "system".
    • Imroved easter egg step 1 hit detection and added few fx and mannequin delete method to indicate better that a player has hit the mannequin.
    • Multiple steps now have correct hintstrings that will tell the player which action button to interact with.
    • Quick Revive cost from 2000 -> 500 points.
    • All soulbox soul caps reduced heavily.
    • Improved perk heaven's jetpack functionality.
    • Improved fx flickering across the map.
    • Fixed several methods that froze in the back.
    • Fixed end game challenge when player is in solo game.
    • Few lighting changes.
    • City of Mars is now loaded as any other mod I.e "Tranzit Revamped" from mod menu list.
    • Added City Of Mars V1 soundpack into the mod.
    • Players can no longer escape lockdown barriers while being quick on their foot.
    • Bullet type upgrade model now displays ray gun mk2.

    Final Awakening Update:

    Hello hello everyone.. I'm back at it with a new update for City Of Mars, the update will feature following:

    • All features from City Of Mars V1
    • 2 new buyable traps
    • Brand new easter egg sidequest
    • Final Stand Endgame
    • Perma Perk Reward
    • PHD & Stamina Up Perk Rewards
    • The DoomStick Wonder Weapon
    • Perk heaven ( pay 100 points to tele from quick revive platform to jugg platform )
    • Automatic Respawn System Perk Heaven
    • Overhauled ee_step 1
    • Automatic Checkpoint System Perk Heaven
    • And other small changes & features

    I also modified GeradS0406's exo suit function to allow player who are playing on a server to enter perk heaven. I would of had used just ( "bg_gravity" ) & ( "jump_height" ) but those dvars don't function correctly on dedi servers.

        when hosting a custom game the non host always start loosing connection to the game any idea why?

          Same happened to me and my buddy when we were testing tranzit revamped 2024 but thought that it was due to us having some sorta script breaking something.

          Does this also happen when you are not running any mods / scripts in coop customs?

            Ultimateman It seems to me that this happens when there are too many "threads" to execute or when the script loads too many things at once

              wi3rrr yeah city of mars definitely pushes engine limits. weird how it didn't happen before on public servers but happens on custom games coop.
              Tranzit Revamped will also push bo2's engine to it's limit.
              Release tonight.. 🔥 😎

                Ultimateman The only mod we run is a weapons mod which adds almost all guns in the mystery box, dont feel like it should impact to much.

                    mrmarvin1983 hi boss, just interact with the "tedd head" once it spawns in. Press / hold your reload button while on it 👍
                    Btw you should use the latest files if youre using the more older ones. Just released it a few days ago 👍

                      when i decapitated all the mannequins i couldn't pick up the floating head for some reason

                              Thanks for notifying me about the bug.
                              I had an oversight when I updated the mod and fucked the floating head functionality.
                              I just repaired the mod and finished the whole ee to see that everything else also now works flawlessly! 👍
