Game freezing at downloading playlists?

I reinstalled the game and deleted all previous files of the game, put it into its own folder and opened Piry and downloaded. My PC can easily run the game but when I load into the game, it freezes at downloading playlists. Any help please? I will give any information needed. I run as administrator, but still no luck. Nobody has been able to figure this out, any help appreciated.
GPU: Radeon RX 540
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1600 Six-Core Processor.
Antivirus is off, Recycling bin cleared, all other apps closed, still same problem. -

Kevhead10 By freeze do you mean like, hard freeze? Or does it just load infinitely? Does it crash after a certain amount of time while loading? Try closing background apps and try again.

Drgn Load Infinietly kind of. I am still able to move the cursor in the game and hear the music, but the actual screen is frozen. I have a video that can show you what I mean.

ALT + Enterto go to windowed mode. Like, when the game is focused of course.Edit: If that doesn't work, create a shortcut of the game, go to properties, and add
+set r_fullscreen 0to the end after the quote.
Ex."C:/Games/Black Ops II" +set r_fullscreen 0 -
Could I get some more information from you:
-What is the name of your antivirus?
-What is the full folder path to your game folder?
-What version of windows?
-What type of drive is the game stored on? (SSD, HDD) -

How do i run the DirectX installer? Im 99% sure I have it installed already but it just shows a bunch of Winrar files when i open it
