Drgn Load Infinietly kind of. I am still able to move the cursor in the game and hear the music, but the actual screen is frozen. I have a video that can show you what I mean.

Kevhead10 As soon as you launch the game try pressing ALT + Enter to go to windowed mode. Like, when the game is focused of course.

Edit: If that doesn't work, create a shortcut of the game, go to properties, and add +set r_fullscreen 0 to the end after the quote.
      Ex. "C:/Games/Black Ops II" +set r_fullscreen 0

Could I get some more information from you:
-What is the name of your antivirus?
-What is the full folder path to your game folder?
        -What version of windows?
-What type of drive is the game stored on? (SSD, HDD)

Could you provide a screenshot of your game folder.

Kevhead10 again looks fine. Could you run piry.exe and watch the console, let me know if it errors at any point.

Example of an error is like: Access Denied

Kevhead10 in addition can you extract the following archive to a location of your choosing and run the two installers.

(Make sure you run both installers)

No errors in Piry, except I sent the crash files to someone on discord and they said it says "unable to verify timestamp for t6r.dll"

Kevhead10 there's an exe in that folder. That's what you need to run.

It is most likely a piece of software running on your PC. Might be something you don't expect but some obvious ones I know of are:
                                        -Rivertuner
                                        -MSI afterburner
                                        -Ccleaner
                                        -Antivirus (but not windows defender)
                                        -Overlays
                                        Etc.

Try typing xui into the external console when it is frozen.
