Fully restored the cut perk machine textures for Shi No Numa left over by 3arc in the game files.

@Tentha Shi No Numa only uses these ones correct

kyemel_person You would need to convert the iwi images to dds, convert them back to bo2 iwi format, then rename the images appropriately to match the bo2 file names.
