    on windows 11
no antivirus (its excluded anyways both the exe and folder in %appdata
    windows defender is deactivated
no futher antivirus was ever installed on pc
all recommended and required apps/installs were done
I have done literally everything that has been recommended nothing works
I have searched through everyone having similar problems as I am but yet to receive a fix (some report factory resetting pc has worked) but you got me fucked if you think im doing that for plutonium
all I can find is Resxt power tripping on people saying there is no issue with the launcher and everyone who thinks so is a degenerate.

GLOYKB first thing you can do is post a screenshot of the error message
      that’ll help you a lot
and the launcher itself has no issues
it’s ur pc that is causing the issues.

GLOYKB can you describe your problem better?
Also press win + r type winver and screenshot the window that pops up.

And yes everyone who says the launcher doesn't work and believe the software is at fault is wrong and has no idea what he's saying. If you run an OS that's not supported then it obviously won't work

Resxt he said he's on win11.

GLOYKB i don't see the word "degenerate" used anywhere. You forgot to mention what the actual issue is in your post, does the launcher just not start? Does it display an error message? If yes post a screenshot of it.

          Have you also installed these?

GLOYKB maybe you got special unicode characters in the name of your PC?
Characters such as š,đ,č,ć and ž, and lots of characters in French, Portuguese, Spanish and so on cannot be recognized, and would be registered as empty rectanges or bunch of question marks.

GLOYKB try to start the launcher then search for "event viewer" in the windows start menu, open it and go to windows logs -> application. Check if any errors came up that are related to the launcher, highlight them and screenshot all the details it displays on the bottom of the window.

GLOYKB ok, a strange crash related to fonts. Try this:

                            1. Search for "services" via the windows start menu and open it
                            2. Look for "Windows Presentation Foundation Font Cache 3.0.0.0" in the list of services
                            3. Right click the service -> stop, if it's already stopped just skip to the next step
                            4. Look for "Windows Font Cache Service" in the list of services
                            5. Right click the service -> stop, if it's already stopped just skip to the next step
                            6. Hit Windows Key + R and paste this into the run box that comes up:
                            %windir%\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Local\FontCache

                            1. Hit Enter and a folder should open
                            2. In this folder delete all the DAT files ("DAT File" listed as the file type)
                            3. Go to C:\Windows\System32 and delete "FNTCACHE.DAT"
                            4. Restart your PC and try again

                            If it still doesn't work:

                            1. Open the start menu and search for "cmd"
                            2. Right click cmd -> run as administrator

GLOYKB do you have any custom fonts installed? Is your system font the default one?

I personally would check to see if your install is not corrupted in some way.

                                          if you can do a

                                          sfc /scannow and or DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

In a admin command prompt or powershell

as I play on windows 11 and I don't have this issue and it seems as dsso said a unique crash
