You failed to read the most important step of shoving all the config files into your game folder.

Almost all these issues can be solved by creating your own dedicated server.

You were banned for injecting some form of cheats.
Use LAN mode next time if you are going to do that.

Your dedicated server bat file does not reside in your game folder, either move it there, or replace line 11's %cd% with the directory of your game.

Personally I do see an FPS drop with full screen optimization disabled actually, I keep mine on with an RX 460 and can still get 200+ FPS.

base game issue, you need to have your audio device connected prior to launching bo2.

Most servers will kick for VPN usage, you can always host your own server for other people near you to play.
