did you set it using com_maxfps 144

the game is capped in the settings and you'd have to increase that to its highest Value along with the command mentioned above just to be sure

and yes you can do that command in the Bootstrapper and it should work just ask well as if you did it in the console

With the way the effects Look id say its more then likely some modification to Afterlife

Famious LIl TAY Zero staff responded to this so what anyone else is saying is pretty fucking useless tbh with the way it looks it seems a little strange Hopefully a staff Member sees this and moves it to their internal review section
