Go onto the plutonium installation guide and get a fresh download of the launcher. That might fix it.

You would want to take out the // off it to enable it.

This is my theory. I don't do custom icons and stuff.

So first I believe you'll have to rename all of those icons to the assets of the perk icon.

Example would be jug icon being named specialty_juggernaut_zombies.

The second thing you should do and I don't even know if it's possible is to convert your .png files into .iwi files. Then if you follow the tutorial after that you drop them into t6r\data\images.

If you're talking about the Buried Easter Egg then the parts should definitely be there. I've done it before. Not sure about Tranzit and Die Rise Though.

Your friend should check if his UPnP is enabled in the network tab on the f10 menu.

If you're using some redacted or fitgirl repack, it wont work. If you check the installation guide, there is a torrent download for the game files needed for plutonium bo2.
