I had the same problem. Check your antivirus. Mine was blocking plutonium and I clicked on "allow on this device"

yeah I got the same thing from windows, it said that Win32/Zpevdo.B is a trojan and it's in the plutonium folder but it should be a false positive

@You If you never added exclusions in your anti-virus &/OR Windows Defender, then ofc it will give a false positive. HENCE why you DON'T want it to be checked by your anti-virus &/OR Windows Defender.
