@jamir6 what? where is the pluto_t6_full_game folder located? Could you post the entire filepath? Example: C:\Games\pluto_t6_full_game

@Jean030555 did you select a bo2 game folder in the mw3 game tab?

@Dss0 i installed .net framework and both vcredist but it still doesn't seem to work. i guess i should try to uninstall avira

@BDF_DEV try changing it manually in %localappdata%/Plutonium/config.json or delete that file entirely and try again.

@s4db00t How to fix "Failed to check for updates"? Delete plutonium.exe and plutonium.new.exe and download a new copy of the launcher here: https://cdn.plutonium.pw/updater/plutonium.exe Then place the new exe anywhere you want: on your desktop or in your game files folder for example and run it. The update process will start and you won't have anything more to do next times, only run plutonium.exe and it'll automatically update As for the VPN issue some servers will kick you if you use a VPN (or if they think your IP comes from a VPN). You can try to contact the server owners to get your IP whitelisted or find a solution. The fix above should fix your problem and doesn't require a VPN to work or play so you should not use it while playing Plutonium (or use split tunneling)

@LK_Master you need to upgrade to Windows 8.1 or 10 (recommended). Using an outdated OS is bad anyways in general for both security and compatibility. Companies waste time keeping support for it because of money but good practices tells developers to not waste time adding support for it, that's what happens with Plutonium and happens with lot of non profit softwares or software made by smaller companies. I highly recommend getting an up-to-date OS even if you don't plan on playing Plutonium in the end.
