@JeanBr8 you need to start the launcher via plutonium.exe (the file you downloaded off our site), launching it via plutonium-launcher-win32.exe will cause the error you're getting.

@AutisticLulu I didnt ask for advice on what quality to use, i wanted to know if its something that they are maybe gonna take a look at in the future or not. Because the game starting without sound under certain circumstances IS an issue.

@HannesC i added it to my exclusions, and just installed dx. my launcher is still crashing when i go to play. i might just fac reset my pc and try to redownload it

Hit Win+R, type winver and screenshot the window.

Looks like a network issue to me, close the updater and start it again.

Win7 isn't supported, upgrade to Win10. Once you've upgraded, follow the workaround covered here https://forum.plutonium.pw/topic/6832/common-launcher-issues-solutions
