Run dxsetup.exe inside the directx folder, from the redist folder provided with the basegame.

Upload the dump and paste the exception address from the .txt as specified in the error message.

Install everything inside the redist folder. You can also try the automated Redist Installer

@Byusi Because you are running outdated version of plutonium. You have to open plutonium.exe.

@Revah try installing directx from the redist folder in the game folder (dxsetup.exe).
