Malware !!!!? in plutoniumTheWaffle what are you talking about? there is no "plutonium.exe" in appdata/local/plutonium. Usually the file that is falsely flagged by AVs is appdata/local/plutonium/bin/plutonium-bootstrapper-win32.exe.
This has been covered countless times now, it's a false positive so exclude it from scanning in your av. -

Unfortunately cuban isp's seem to be employing some sort of nat or maybe intentionally blocking certain traffic that also causes people not to be able to connect to the pluto servers, there's nothing we can do on our end. Check this thread: https://forum.plutonium.pw/topic/27113/help-admins. tl;dr only way for you to play is by using a vpn.
