Issue's on your end, nothing we can do. Make sure no firewalls are blocking Pluto, could try restarting your router and hitting refresh a couple of times.

Are you on windows 7?

Some maps are bugged and crashing rn, we're aware of this. Please be patient, an update will be rolled out soon solving this issue.

What antivirus do you use? Have you tried the solutions posted in the FAQ's guide?

Your launcher might be too old, since the old launcher used to have a cmd window, the new one is different. It should update itself normally, dunno why it didn't for you. Delete the launcher and see if there's a .new duplicated launcher, delete that as well and redownload it from http://cdn.plutonium.pw/updater/plutonium.exe . Run pluto as admin and add it to your av's exclusions.

That's the problem, it isn't supported anymore. Upgrade to windows 10

Run dxsetup.exe inside the directx folder.

Try deleting %localappdata%/Plutonium/config.json and put in your credentials again. If its still stuck at authenticating, try changing your DNS to 1.1.1.1.

Corrupted stats. Type resetstats into the console and don't unlock an extra class slot

And is the game window blackscreen'd or does it not even launch? If it the first, try typing r_fullscreen 0; vid_restart into the bootstrapper cmd and try getting into the game again. If it's the latter, make sure you don't have any overlays/dx hooking softwares such as msi afterburner/rivatuner or avermedia, etc.

Are you people launching it through plutonium.exe? You shouldn't be launching the launcher directly from %localappdata%/Plutonium/bin though.

As Frags already said, yes you'll be able to play after you're on win10.

Corrupted basegame, re run piry as admin then try launching pluto.
