Your gpu is too old, you might wanna consider upgrading it. Here's a workaround-

Run it
Click "Edit List..."
Click the three dots right of the "enter a process or folder name" field and select "plutonium-launcher-win32.exe" located in "C:\Users\al\AppData\Local\Plutonium\bin"
tick the "force warp" checkbox and select "11_0" from the "feature level limit" dropdown menu
hit ok and try launching the plutonium launcher

That's access denied. Run pluto as admin and if that doesn't solve it either, defender/whatever antivirus you use is blocking it. Try disabling your antivirus or add pluto to exclusions and try again.

So it does open the launcher but gets stuck after hitting Play? Try installing the redists and directx from the redist folder, and you need to add Pluto to exclusions in your AV. If you're using defender, follow this whereas if you're using bad AVs such as McAffee, Avast, etc I'd suggest uninstalling them.

Uninstall it, it's terrible. After done, restart your PC and launch Pluto again.

Plus where did you download bo2 from? Do you frequently pirate other games from repack sites as well?

No, you have to run pluto.exe directly, then select bo2 mp/zm from the launcher

BO2, reaches like 700 alone in the nights combined with mp and zm. IW5 however, hits like 100-150 at its peak.

Corrupted stats, type resetstats into console and don't unlock an extra class slot.

Do note you still would have to download the plutonium launcher to launch the games.

Don't deactivate defender, activate it again and add Pluto to its exclusions instead (here's an example https://streamable.com/5giauo). Also just to be sure, is your windows x86 or x64?

Shift+Right Click in the folder pluto is in, open powershell window here, type .\plutonium.exe -timeout 600

super_style Try deleting both of the exes, and redownloading the launcher from http://cdn.plutonium.pw/updater/plutonium.exe. Run it as admin again.

Yes when pluto crashes, it creates a dump file which contains more info about what exactly went wrong/caused the crash and are usually big files ~500MB or 1GB. You can just go to %localappdata%/plutonium/crashdumps and delete all the files inside them. If you go and check Pluto's size again after you're done, you'll see it's back at ~200mb.
