@mFChaos if you host the server on the same pc you're playing on you have to start the game first and server second. This will also result in the server running on port 4977 (since the game already uses 4976) so you prolly have to adjust your port forwarding rule.

Move all those files into t6_pluto, then try again.

Also make sure your LAN Host IP address have a static IP. If your computer offline for some time. DCHP will auto generate a different local IP.

@LongDongSilver i see the problem now.. you have DS-Lite, you don't have a "real" public ipv4 address, just an ipv6 one. Since pluto does not support ipv6 it's not possible for you to host servers at home. I was in a similar situation a few years ago (same provider) and the only way to get around that is to buy a separate router that you put behind your cable modem and then switch to "bridge mode" on the provider's web panel (you have to login on their website to access that, it's not a modem setting).

Are you talking about servers, or the client? For servers, just create a shortcut for your specific start.bat and you're done. For clients, we do not support shortcuts, as you must go through the launcher to get updates. Hope this clears things up.

IMHO All you could do is to proxy (+cache) it to the internet, all important traffic is TCP anyways. (or run stuff in offline mode but that would open up the whole thing to cheaters and players using different versions that cause bugs.) Also the forum's language is English.

Delete your config in the players folder, this did fix it for others with that issue.

You paste it in the .bat file that you use to run the server.

Since enabling the demos is just one small step of a bigger planned feature I highly recommend you to find a way to make it happen, I know that not everyone can store months of demo files but at least a week should be doable for every server admin.
