When you open the launcher the first time, there's button on lower left side called Setup. Press it and choose your root folder

@Xerxes or its a issue where the pluto launcher did not download the update like it did for me so i had to redownload the launcher

verify your game with steam as it seems as you are missing files to do so open steam go to library [image: 1597505251393-13d2e970-078e-4382-8ea2-0b441f30207a-image.png] if you downloaded if via dedicated server then you want to make sure the tools are selected [image: 1597505295868-e0f6f12c-24dd-4b66-8480-ec39f5811324-image.png] Find the call of duty mw3 dedicated server right click it and go to properties [image: 1597505333249-ece8a4f0-432b-4837-9e3e-4483c43c6c36-image.png] go to Local files tab and select verify integrity of tool files [image: 1597505374683-818f2781-6fe0-491e-980d-11d19d6bbb6b-image.png] and you should be golden

@DemonicRuler that is not his issue, his issue is not selecting his right mw3 folder and it its still giving him that error and if its the right folder then you have to verify your game with steam

Either bad internet connection or you isp isnt allowing you to connect try using adifferent connection or switch to cloudflares dns or googles dns as it may help resolve the issue
