    @ovoiS Haven't been able to be at my main machine (which is the one with this error) for a while, so I haven't been able to do any further troubleshooting. The launcher works perfectly for me on a completely clean Windows 10 installation using Bootcamp on a Mac, although I was also on a different network to my main machine. To me, the error seems network-related but since even a VPN didn't help me, idk what else I would even try. Tethering from mobile, maybe? Of course, it might also not be network-related. When I can next get to my main machine, I'm just going to try and copy my installation over from my Mac since I've got a working setup here. Maybe you could do the same for your friend – just supply them the files they're missing, if that's possible. Or maybe they could spin up a VM and see if it works in there, and then copy over the installation to their proper Win10 install. It would be nice to have a way of installing Plutonium manually that bypasses the launcher, for users who know what they're doing or in case the launcher doesn't work (but I understand that it's much easier to do everything with the launcher)

    plutonium launcher isnt working, it shows me this. it also shows me stuff like DriverD3D11;;CreateTexture, unable to create texture and some other errors.

Click the three dots right of the "enter a process or folder name" field and select "plutonium-launcher-win32.exe" located in "C:\Users\al\AppData\Local\Plutonium\bin" tick the "force warp" checkbox and select "11_0" from the "feature level limit" dropdown menu hit ok and try launching the plutonium launcher

    @Donald Right click pluto, run as administrator. If that doesn't do it, add Pluto as well as %localappdata%/Plutonium to your AV's exclusions https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/762715587209068544/765331736917311538/Plutonium_Exclusion_Guide_MemeV1.mp4 If that still doesn't fix it, you're probably using some trash AVs like McAfee, avast, avg, bitdefender, etc. Uninstall them if you have them.

    Uninstall bitdefender, its probably the issue. Restart your PC after it, add pluto to win defender's exclusions and run pluto as admin.

    @Codfish doesn't matter, this error isn't related to your game files. There are multiple things here that will prevent pluto from working on your pc. you are using win7 which isn't supported by pluto your graphics card does not support dx11 so after installing win10 you may have to use this workaround to get the game to work: Download this file https://drive.google.com/file/d/1fTzQtshdqhoUziaHpwxUY7gN0BidStnR/view?usp=sharing Run it Click "Edit List..."     What file are you missing? Could you show us a screenshot of your error? And no piry isn't used anymore, doesn't affect your game in any way even if it's missing, its sole purpose was to download the basegame, which you can now do via an alternative way -> https://forum.plutonium.pw/topic/2819/how-to-install-plutonium-t6

    Username and passwords are case sensitive if you didn't know. You could always try resetting your password too.

    @Dxlphin Disable your antivirus or exclude C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Local\Plutonium from scanning. Download this https://drive.google.com/u/0/uc?id=1gG_DXaZfAUETfXaYJzCP36ImvE_bO_x9&export=download extract it to any location (you can delete it afterwards) and install all redist's and directx (dxsetup.exe in the directx folder). Run the launcher as administrator (right click -> run as administrator).
