That's how MW3 was man, gotta adapt to it.

You had three warnings.

1. On the site for said utility specifically.
2. When logging in (while banned).
3. In our anticheat policy we have a warning.

Killstreaks cannot be used, this is because ActionSlot 4 is the only killstreak slot which is the same between PC and Console.

We will attempt to get workarounds for these in future updates but cannot say that we will ever 100% fix them.

Either MW3 ACR or MW2 Intervention, they're both just plain old fun to play with.

I had this exact same issue, make sure all servers are closed and your updater matches mine (I was missing the ./)

matchmaking will never happen. WAW on steam also doesn't use any form of party system
