No. The game is launched independently from Steam, and so, doesn't allow you to play on Steam servers, with Steam friends or use any other Steam features such as achievements.

Unrelated, except if you were actually banned for cheating. In that case, that's pretty self-explanatory why the Plutonium Anti-cheat system got you.

Plutonium only ask you to verify your game ownership with Steam only once. After that, it doesn't make use of the Steam API or Steam account ever. It wasn't using it before, and it's still not using it after that.

Plutonium doesn't support the main campaign, as such, would, very likely, not intend to add its QoL features to the main other gamemodes.

Not at all. If Activision had a problem with it, they will attack the project themselves instead of whatever content you made about it.
