You need the DLCs installed to play them, not more. Plutonium is safe to play on your Steam account. If you're really paranoid you can always simply exit Steam while playing

Having a completely empty folder isn't really gonna act as "a copy of your game folder"
You can't run a server with just a few 10kb bat files.. it needs the game files

There's no such thing as "the server"
I assume you're saying the specific server you play on gets higher ping with more players?

Plutonium does not have issues that add ping or anything, being playing at max FPS low ping my entire play time

esiii it might be because there's nothing in the code to show more since the mode always had 1 round so extra GSC is required, if that's even possible and I have no idea how to do that it's much more complex/advanced

hoodiechan the doc never said you need a bo2 folder, take your time to read there's nothing hard to understand if you try.. it literally says "select the folder called pluto_t6_full_game" it's just a matter of trying

Use the bots_manage_fill dvar with Bot Warfare (linked above)

The Reddit post you talk about, I think, just means someone installed the game files, which wouldn't have been hard to get anyways very likely. I don't think it says anything important here

As for your question, I'm not a dev or anything but I don't think Plutonium devs are interested in adding new games, even less non COD ones

I don't have the technical knowledge to tell you if a client could even be possible for XDefiant but what I know for sure is that it may have a small community with very limited content and possibilities, which might not motivate people to work on it in the first place. The game didn't even have time to get people to love it enough to have modders consider wanting to keep it alive, in my opinion

Clients happen on these old CODs because people have passion for them, with years and years of good memories etc
XDefiant was just a few months beta that went away

esiii it's really hard for me to understand what you're trying to do but here's what I can tell you

You don't need to do this in cfg files (and shouldn't I think)
You can simply open the game on the PC you want, open the console and type bind F1 "connect 192.168.1.100

Then it will bind that command to the F1 key.
Note that this F1 bind will only work in-game so you have to start a custom game to be able to press F1.

Then even if you exit the game and start it again the F1 will still be available (in-game only)

We don't provide game files. Get the game from Steam

There is nothing forcing a single script or anything like that so they simply put several .gsc files (scripts) in the scripts folder

Only limitations would be game engine's limits (loading too much models for example) or scripts conflicting, such as 2 mapvotes running at the same time for example

You can only load one mod but scripts are completely different and they're server side only

FIFIov3 this should be fixed in the next update or in a future (no ETA), thus not requiring to disable effects anymore but for now that's a working temporary fix

We don't provide game files. Get them yourself. On steam for example

NCnyx Plutonium only supports Windows 8.1 and 10 and FYI Wondows 7 isn't supported by Microsoft, it has security and compatibility issues and less and less softwares will support it. It's just as annoying as creating a website with Internet Explorer support.

Custom maps support need some work on Plutonium's side which which already happened weeks ago but I'm not sure the team will continue working on it and if they do there's no date for now

Antivirus, software or script you have

OwNuT special characters pretty much means any non english character. So yes as said above the é character was probably what was causing the launcher to not be able to read the path.
