You have non english/special characters in your path or it's too long or weird

You can edit some json file in %localappdata%\Plutonium to manually set the path

Don't think there's any way to get it back in the meantime, surely not any built-in/official way for now

ChosenUndead using another software to mess with the game can get you banned (while not in LAN mode)
Launching Plutonium through launch arguments directly through Steam cannot get you banned

HustlerOG you could most likely just have a GSC script to set dvars, given that you play in your own custom game

As for Plutonium it's made for Windows 8.1 and above
You can force it to work by bypassing some things but idk how. Search for it

Your internet fails to connect to some servers because of some DNS issue or whatever
Fix it or change DNS or use Cloudflare Warp
