Just configure bots properly in the game settings it's not hard to do. There's on setting for allies and another for enemies

@opiumm Are you playing in a Private match or playing on a server with your friend, because ping is determined mostly by distance to the host or where the server is located. For example if your located in the UK you would ping around 100+ playing on a North America server, but an EU server would give you a way better ping due to a closer distance from your location.

Ok so I have to make a correction: this also happens when I'm alone in the server. What is going on? Never happened on solo or custom games with friends.

In the order: Read the low fps doc and do what it says from top to bottom Make sure you have the same settings in both zombies and multiplayer. Even something like settings shaders to high instead of medium could potentially cause lags Press alt + enter once while in-game. Wait for like 10 seconds. If the FPS is still very low then try to press alt + enter again
