It's best to just wait out your ban and not create anymore accounts. There's usually always a reason for someone getting banned and the staff will know what it is but your best bet as I have said is just to wait it out

@Chiggen_Wings try setting the game to windowed mode manually. While it's running open the bootstrapper cmd window that opens alongside the game, if you can access the start button you should be able to access that console too. Type: r_fullscreen 0; vid_restart into that console and hit enter.
