Also, you’ll want to either delete the first picture or delete and regenerate the server key, as the first picture is leaking the key.

Additionally, the getserve.rs picture is showing that the server is using port 4977 while you’ve specified port 4976 in the server starter bat file and in the port forwarding rule. You’ll have to investigate that or change the port, as the game uses port 4976 by default.

If you are running it on Windows, have you allowed the port in Windows Firewall?

Resxt also you say outdated, is there something new im supposed to go off of and would that be affecting it or is it just a port issue? Cause if its a port issue im thinking it may be my isp (xfinity).

Rcon is based on very simple plaintext UDP packages. If you really have thousands of files of handmade GSC,
a few dozen lines to do what you want doesn't sound hard.

Thats not a feature available by default but you could implement it.

ranked.gsc should handle that as long as it gets loaded and you don’t enable the dvar scr_disablePlutoniumFixes.
By default, this is where it should be located:
%localappdata%\Plutonium\storage\t6\scripts\zm\ranked.gsc
