@snonalia you had this explorer window open in your initial post, are you starting the launcher via that exe? You should always use plutonium.exe to run the game. Turns out he had literally Windows 10.0, first build lmao. It's all good now, we managed to update it (after a long session of troubleshooting, he was getting a ton of different errors when trying to update normally. MCT and Upgrade this computer did it for him), and Plutonium was successfully installed! Thanks for the help!

Yeah Pluto stores client files in %localappdata%/Plutonium but since you're running it for the first time and failing, hence it hasn't downloaded any files in there yet.
