Did you add %localappdata%/Plutonium to exclusions as well? Also are you sure you don't have any other AV on your PC besides defender?

Piry.exe downloads outdated client files, so you need to download and run the new pluto launcher to get up-to-date files

You probably downloaded some other game from Skidrow though? You need to delete them, and then go to your %localappdata% folder and delete the SKIDROW folder if its there. Run cmd as admin and enter this command -
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

Once its finished, restart your PC and try launching the game again.

It is very epic, win7 isn't even supported by Microsoft anymore, considered EOL and has unpatched vulns, so why should Pluto support it anyway? You could upgrade to win10 for free, not sure why you haven't done it yet.

Yeah that helped, it means your stats are corrupted. Type resetStats into the console and the problem should be gone, and dont unlock extra class slots

Out of ideas then. You could do a complete windows re-install.

Assuming you're on Windows 10, install the redists and run dxsetup.exe inside the directx folder, in the redist folder (comes with the basegame). Then follow this if you have defender or uninstall if you have any trash AVs like McAfee, avast, etc.

It is planned and fully offline support will probably be out along with Game-UI. No ETA though.

Looks like missing assets, re run piry to fix your basegame, and then try running the pluto launcher. See if it helps

Elaborate please. Any errors? Do you crash on the launcher, bootstrapper or ingame? If it generates a crashdump while you're on the bootsrapper, you might have msi afterburner/rivatuner statistics or any similar overlays running in the background. Quit/disable them.
