Delete plutonium.exe and plutonium.new.exe and download a new copy of the launcher here: https://cdn.plutonium.pw/updater/plutonium.exe
Then place the new exe anywhere you want: on your desktop or in your game files folder for example and run it.
The update process will start and you won't have anything more to do next times, only run plutonium.exe and it'll automatically update

MoonLightShadow if you want to delete a game just delete the folder that contains the game files. If you want to delete the client files delete the Plutonium folder in %localappdata%

SoteloAIJ download and place on your desktop this file https://github.com/ChxseH/Redist-Installer/releases/download/latest/Redist-Installer.bat then start it and let it install all required redists. Once it's done delete the file and restart your PC. You should now be able to play.

If this doesn't fix the issue then install Direct X from Microsoft's website

gabrieljim this means the host either did something wrong (like not being in-game while the others join, uPnP disabled or bad port forward etc.) or has something still blocking the connection (firewall, antivirus firewall etc.). Make sure to allow Plutonium through your firewall (some antivirus have firewalls too!) or uPnP is buggy for some reason and you should use port forward instead but if it says enabled in-game I doubt that this would be the issue

LegendNeverDie Yes. They are just meant to be uploaded on the forum in case your game keeps crashing and you need a staff to take a look at it so if your game is fine yes just delete them.

gabrieljim your either need uPnP enabled or port forward. If you port forward this won't enable uPnP but will work as if uPnP was enabled because as I said uPnP is just automatic port forwarding, it does the same than enabling uPnP

gabrieljim I'm not sure but I think you should allow both UDP and TCP protocol since the guide doesn't mention any protocol. Yes this looks good if you are sure that the IP Address is your PC

The issue should come from you.

If for some reason this still doesn't work then you need to tell us what your antivirus is. Also delete the Plutonium folder in %localappdata%

What was said above should be enough but here's the full guide to get your game perfectly configured. Note that windowed borderless is highly recommended due to issues with the game engine.

Go to %localappdata%\Plutonium\storage\t4\players and open the config file with the notepad to edit it. Make sure your game is closed before saving!
(plutonium.cfg is for singleplayer/zombies, plutonium_mp.cfg is for multiplayer)
Change these 4 values like this (you can use ctrl+f to search for it):
seta r_fullscreen "0"
seta r_noborder "1"
seta vid_xpos "0"
seta vid_ypos "0"
You can also change your resolution manually from there for example for 1920x1080 screens:
seta r_mode "1920x1080"

daniel_1777 this just means you didn't select the folder that contains your game files. Select the correct folder. Don't touch the dlls

@xNanthz this means there are corrupted mods/scripts installed. Delete them and repair your game and everything should be back to normal.

joel007arq Plutonium only provides english files. If you want to change the language either use your Steam files or find the files yourself.

Muzi_02 I doubt you got banned from Plutonium for insulting someone? You got banned on a specific server right? Servers are run by others players, Plutonium doesn't interfere with servers. Go to the server website/Discord server if they any to appeal for your ban
